Marketing & Communications Specialist
Location: Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Type: Contract, due to resignation, may go perm for the right fit but they need ASAP coverage
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday
Job description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, providing professional, courteous customer service and triaging inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Support front desk operations, including reception coverage, greeting visitors, and coordinating headquarters tours.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, mailing lists, directories, and distributing mail and materials accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate logistics for events and initiatives, including conference registration, materials preparation, mascot scheduling, and on-site support.
- Assist the Marketing and Communications team with daily operations, including proofreading, inventory management, and organizing physical and digital assets.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
Requirements:
- Must have (3) years of front desk / administrative support experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be proficient with multi-line switchboard/phone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
