Role Responsibility: Specific Duties and Essential Functions Provide administrative support to clients leadership team Coordinate executive communications for client VP and other team members Answer phones, take messages, respond to questions, direct inquiries and greet visitors Support in resolving and communicating external/customer escalations Support in monitoring local municipal agendas, emergency response/preparedness, media/social media, and other sources for issues of interest to client Support with internal escalations and questions between departments General administrative support for department events, meetings, supply orders and miscellaneous requests.
