Were looking for a creative & talented Instructional Designer to partner with subject matter experts in creating learning experiences for our employees. This includes the development of both technical and business training content. In this role, you will be part of a growing People Development organization and report to the Global Head of Learning. What Youll Do This role will be part of the Learning & Development for Genesys, and work closely with subject matter experts around the company to create learning content to support skill development and business objectives. In general, you will: Develop and implement learning offerings using various learning modalities Scope, design and develop content that is both engaging and informative Develop eLearning solutions that meet identified learning objectives Work collaboratively with Training Manager to develop solutions that meet business objectives and scale globally Keep up with developments in L&D by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles. About You: Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Instructional Design or related field. 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or content development. Demonstrated application of instructional design methodology & best practices Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and principles. Proficient in instructional design tools. Strong planning & organization skills. Experience working with technical content/technical SMEs a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
