(GSNorCal) is seeking a Program Coordinator (internal title: Product
Program Coordinator) who will play an essential role in strengthening
our volunteer relationships through our cookie program. The cookie
program is the world's largest girl-led entrepreneurial program that
develops life-long skills for girls while generating funds to enable
girl scouting. Reporting to the Director of Product Program, the Program
Coordinator will work closely with cookie program staff and serve as a
point of contact for GSNorCals volunteer-base to manage the payment
process for troops. This role also generates all department data
reports, assists with survey development and review, coordinates
logistics, and provides administrative support to the department. JOB
ACCOUNTABILITIES: Reporting, and Finance * Create and maintain
department data reports. Develop annual data compare reports showing
trends and anomalies. * Responsible for the troop payment collection
(ACH) process for the cookie sale and fall product sale and after-sale
reconciliation. Work with cross-functional departments. * Create, amend
and maintain all department program related financial processes and
ensure accurate documentation. * Process invoices for payment and
volunteer requests for reward card conversion to funds and money-earning
applications * Assist in creation of end-of-sale/program surveys. Review
and summarize survey data to support further analysis. Customer Support
- Provide quality customer service, guidance and support to troops and
volunteers. Act as a main point of contact for volunteer questions and
information. * Resolve mobile payment issues and troubleshooting for
troops. Administrative * Create and maintain Salesforce solutions and
case management. * Manage coordination of program materials, including
ordering, shipping. * Provide administrative support to the Director of
Product Sales and Product Sales team as needed. ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. * Advanced
computer skills. Proficiency in Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint). * Strong ability to manage data and create reports
in MS Excel. * Ability to learn new online tools, databases and software
quickly and effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication
skills with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service
environment. * High attention to detail. Strong planning and
organization skills. * Self-motivated and a self-starter. * Ability to
work in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects and
demands. * Strong creative problem-solving skills. Ability to solve
practical issues and resolve difficult situations involving a variety of

abilities * Current California Drivers license, valid auto insurance,
and be insurable by the council auto policy carrier, and have access to
