We are a highly successful Digital Marketing Division of Globe Life, an S&P 500 company. Our rapidly expanding group in Culver City (Silicon Beach) is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist with particular expertise in Google and Bing Paid Search, along with Display channel advertising tactics, to support direct response marketing initiatives. This position requires someone who has hands-on experience working in digital platforms and understands the mechanics of display network buying. We are not an advertising agency, this is a client-side position that will give you the chance to expand your knowledge of all facets of digital marketing, not just client support.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience managing Paid Search advertising campaigns and a history of working in digital advertising platforms such as GDN, Facebook Ads, and similar. Experience with programmatic buys is a plus, but not required. Primary responsibilities will include setting up new campaigns, analyzing KPIs, making recommendations to improve performance, and assisting with the day-to-day campaign management of multiple digital marketing channels. Competence with using Excel to generate reports and an understanding analytics tools like Google Analytics strongly preferred, but negotiable for the right candidate.

This is a fast-paced office so we have high expectations. However, we are also a small and close-knit team with a great culture.

Due to the global pandemic, our employees are all working remotely at present, but ultimately we will move to a flexible schedule that is mostly WFH with potentially a few days in the office per month. We are open to remote candidates anywhere in the US who are willing to work normal office hours in our time-zone (PST), but would prefer if they reside in the Greater Los Angeles area.
