    Globe Life's internship program offers a diverse opportunity to work in a specific department gaining hands-on experience as well as working on much larger team projects throughout the organization with exposure to senior management and mentors. This rigorous program ensures the opportunity for students to enhance new skills, obtain real-world experience, gain specific field-related exposure, and make important connections for the future.

    This intern will be focusing on Social Media recruiting efforts and college/campus recruiting initiatives to increase business deliverables. We are seeking an intern who is a self-starter that understands the carnet social media marketing landscape (TikTok, Facebook, twitter, etc.). A successful intern in this position will have the ability to research, compile data/information, and provide summary of findings. We are seeking someone who is creative and will give us an out of the box perspective and work with our marketing team on deliverables. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed
    • Willingness to learn different areas within the organization
    • Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects
    • Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence

    DEPARTMENT:

    Required Skills

    Must have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor degree program (Human Resource, Communications, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or other related fields)

    • We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem solving abilities.
    • Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
    • Must have strong MS Excel skills and be proficient in all other MS Office applications
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
    • Have the ability to work 40 hours per week May 24- July 23, 2021.
    • U.S. citizen or legal resident.

    • Problem solving: very big on if you bring a problem, please bring two solutions
    • Creativity: we are looking for someone who will give us an out of the box perspective
