    The SALES & RECRUITING INTERN will focus on recruiting growth and sales strategies and other related activities required to support the sales and recruiting department for Globe Life Inc. (NYSE: GL) and its affiliates. The sales and recruiting Intern will research and present on a specific sector(s) and some (all) of its relevant constituents for management’s review. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate sales and recruiting. WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING SUMMER 2022 POSITIONS. Placement will depend on a candidate’s current coursework, track to graduation, and experience.

    This intern will be focusing on Social Media recruiting efforts and college/campus recruiting initiatives to increase business deliverables. We are seeking an intern who is a self-starter that understands the carnet social media marketing landscape (TikTok, Facebook, twitter, etc.). A successful intern in this position will have the ability to research, compile data/information, and provide summary of findings. We are seeking someone who is creative and will give us an out of the box perspective and work with our marketing team on deliverables. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed
    • Willingness to learn different areas within the organization
    • Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects
    • Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence
