United American Insurance, a division of Globe Life & Accident Insurance, is seeking an outgoing person with excellent telephone and personal skills to speak with agents and generate interest in one of our three subsidiaries (United American, Globe Life of NY, Globe Life and Accident)
- Make OUTBOUND calls to licensed agent list that we will provide
- Review the opportunity with the agent briefly to see if they have interest in a core product or benefit we offer
- Update CRM after each phone call.
- Refer interested agents to recruiting team through our CRM
- May be required to make seminar calls to help fill the room
- May be required to call prospective clients to generate interest in a product (create NAR leads)
- Maintaining reports and trackers
- Generate a minimum of 5 new leads per day, 25 per week, 325 per quarter.

Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
- Insurance or Medicare experience/Knowledge preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs. (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Go-to-meeting)
- Proficient use of CRM
