As part of the Hong Kong Conflicts team, you will supervise the local conflicts team and assist them in their professional development endeavors. In this role, you will perform all functions related to supervising workflow and helping ensure that all tasks and duties are completed within the requested period and adhere to the firm’s set guidelines and policies. The Conflicts Supervisor is responsible for assuming a lead role in completing complex new business and lateral attorney conflicts checks and when necessary assemble a team to work cooperatively on major projects.     And have:

    • A Paralegal Certificate or its equivalent, completion of another legal educational certification program. A J.D. degree is preferred
    • A minimum of four years relevant experience, preferably at a large law firm. A minimum of two year conflicts analysis experience is required
    • Well developed and professional interpersonal skills, which include the ability to effectively interface with attorneys, management, support staff and outside contacts
