    JOB SUMMARY The MarTech Architect will oversee the technical architecture and design for omnichannel marketing solutions aligned to the strategic vision of the Organization. This role also consists of understanding the digital marketing landscape, aligning business requirements to technical requirements for the Marketing Technology stack (i.e., CRM / database marketing solutions, orchestration, enterprise email/text, campaign management, decisioning, digital and analytic platforms, etc.) using governance, best practices and design patterns. The MarTech Architect is responsible for design and architecture guidance across all product teams within the Marketing Technology stack. Other duties include developing macro architectures (conceptual view), technology blueprints (3-5 year view), presenting to technology leaders and business executives, and collaborating with other technologists on creating cross-domain solutions. This role entails hands-on experience in cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) and requires deep interest and experience in broad software platforms (information architecture, information flow, appropriate modularization and loose coupling). This role will have direct impact on achieving strategic initiatives and improving the customer experience.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Architect and design marketing technology solutions that bridge business and technology requirements and ensures usability, accessibility, and performance • Provide scalable technology solutions (considering all aspects of the Marketing Technology stack) that meet the requirements, utilize existing technologies and patterns, perform to an SLA, and provide a cohesive, seamless solution • Drive strategy through influence with leadership qualities that product teams recognize and respect • Work collaboratively with solution and data architects, and MarTech teams to design complex cross-channel solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms, and provide guidance for leveraging these solutions • Innovate and lead exploration into new technologies and strategies to expand capabilities • Create and maintain the future state vision and roadmap, accounting for near and long-term product deliverables • Design with a strong understanding of the omnichannel experience and industry-specific domains • Ability to coordinate matrixed architecture and software development resources in support of the overall enterprise omnichannel strategic initiatives • Establish and adhere to marketing technology best practices, standards and tools • Effectively collaborate with leadership and teams within the Marketing Technology Center of Excellence, Enterprise Project Management Office, IT, and across external partners

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES • Ability to articulate feasible technology choices that meet the requirements and have the ability to put forth a viable, scalable technology point of view • Knowledgeable and conversant with the offline and online (digital) marketing technology landscape • Experience in legacy migration and re-platform of technology solutions • Experience in developing the architecture of large-scale CRM systems and online applications (e.g. security at scale, optimizing for large user-base) • Strong experience with data architecture and ETL processes • Strong experience with SaaS platforms that utilize multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure • Strong experience with marketing, advertising and data platforms (Salesforce, Google, CDP, BI platforms, etc.) • Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure and services • Deep knowledge of designing and managing scalable and high performance Web APIs • Working knowledge of database platform technology (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, HDFS, etc.) • Strong understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities and compliance standards • Strong demonstration of the skills to align business needs with the capabilities within the Marketing Technology stack • Understanding of the Digital Marketing technology landscape and digital data integration (display, search, social, site, and publishers) • Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical and foundational components • Understanding of consumer and customer identity management practices • Campaign Management and Marketing Automation experience (digital and offline) • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift • Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS • 10+ years of experience delivering large scale technology solutions • 3+ years of SFDC platform and communities experience • 5+ years of Database and/or Digital Marketing experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field; Master’s degree a plus
