    Pay: $25.00 per hour

    Type: Contract, (3) months

    Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

     

    Job description:

    1. Audit, organize, and restructure corporate HR drives to improve folder hierarchy, document governance, searchability, and data integrity.
    2. Standardize naming conventions, folder structures, and document organization across policies, procedures, personnel files, and historical records.
    3. Maintain and update a centralized data map or table of contents to help internal teams quickly locate critical HR and corporate documents.
    4. Identify, categorize, migrate, and archive legacy business records while supporting the creation of a centralized digital document library.
    5. Manage sensitive HR documents, employee records, digital workflows, and HRIS-related documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and information security.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
    • Mergers & acquisitions preferred

     

    Requirements:

    • Must have (2)+ years of document control, or HR operations preferred
    • Must be proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) with an understanding of sharing and permissions
    • Must have experience with ADP or similar HRIS
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
