HR Intern in Chicago (Summer 2017)
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist consultants on client sites with HR audits.
Assist Director of Operations with HRIS and Payroll technology.
Assist Director of Operations with HRIS and payroll implementations.
Assist with client communications.
Assist with recruitment projects.
Lead video training project.
Lead internal process documentation and client experience documentation project.
Lead social media project.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Business studies with an emphasis on Human Resources or Accounting or both.
Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to work within timeframe of standard policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information.
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our team
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential
