The HR Specialist is responsible for meeting with new clients before/after a sale is made. The HR Specialist will meet with the prospect/client to collect data, documents, and other items needed in order to start the on-boarding process.
Partners with local sales and attends requested meetings during the prospect cycle. Becomes the point person for the prospect/client from the proposal meeting through their orientation to ensure policies and procedures are followed and to ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service for the client.
Collects, audits and submits necessary underwriting for medical / workers / financial compensation. Continues to work with underwriting teams on necessary follow up items to secure proper approvals.
Delivers benefit and employee orientation presentations that meet high quality standards.
Helps present PEO products and services to final decision-makers and end users within the prospect universe to increase sales and profits with sales partner.Conducts Client Contact Meeting with prospect on account set up and orientation needs.

Conducts onsite or web based orientations meetings for PEO clients. Understands details of benefit and insurance plans related to the PEO co-employer relationship.
Resolves client issues regarding Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans. Advises the client on issues regarding Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans with assistance from other areas if needed.
Researches and resolves client implementation issues in a timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
Mentors less experienced staff in order to achieve high levels of performance.
Creates, executes, and reviews data integrity reports to ensure accuracy of client information.
Collects, audits and submits necessary contractual documents for a new client to PEO services. Works with contractual on any discrepancy items that may come up.
Acts as the primary contact for the client during the implementation process and discusses the implementation plan and timeline.
Creates and manages an implementation timeline including all tasks to be completed to ensure a successful client launch.
Works closely with Implementation Team and Sales to provide outstanding support and product implementation to clients.
Performs a professional and thorough transition of the client to the ongoing client service team to finalize implementation phase.
