We are hiring a confident, energetic and hardworking individual for a Residential Pest Control Service Specialist position. Our branch locations continue to grow for us, which provides an opportunity for individual and career growth.  This Specialist role will be provided competitive compensation, company vehicle, gas card and other benefits accordingly (see details below).

Pay

• $18 - $21 per hour - will vary depending on experience, existing license(s), accreditations, etc. 
• Production pay options to be available in 2022, creating additional income opportunities 
• Sign on bonus

Duties

• Perform residential service routes with highest level of customer service and professionalism as possible 
• Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues 
• Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service specialist 
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job related items.
• Continually stay up to speed on latest industry trends and training 
• Utilize handhelds for customer routing, billing and service orders

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass required background check and drug screening
• Technician license or certified applicators license preferred but not necessary.  We provide on the job training and support license and accreditation
