    Training schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (two weeks)

    Schedule: Available shifts may vary
    Monday to Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
    Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pm
    Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 6pm
    Monday to Friday: 10:30 to 7pm
    Monday to Friday: 11am to 7:30pm
    Monday to Friday: 11:30am to 8pm

    Job description

    1. Assist patients with enrollment into free medication assistance programs by reviewing applications, verifying eligibility, and determining qualification based on Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines.
    2. Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding application status, benefit verification, medication support, and required documentation.
    3. Manage a high-volume caseload while providing timely follow-up on application decisions, case updates, and ongoing patient support.
    4. Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems and application status portals while ensuring compliance with program guidelines and healthcare regulations.
    5. Deliver compassionate customer service by helping patients navigate specialty medication programs, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting access to therapy.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Previous specialty pharmacy experience

     

    Requirements:

    • Must be bilingual: Spanish/English
    • Must have healthcare, medical, claims, insurance/preauthorization or any pharmacy related experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
