REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (HEDIS)

Helpmates is partnering with our client on a HEDIS project and offering a Remote setting! This is a long term, possible temp to hire opportunity with an electronic healthcare company. They are looking for 10 strong customer service representatives who are comfortable working remotely, following instructions, likes to make outbound calls and has medical terminology. Most important to our client is that you have previous Call Center experience!

THE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE JOB SUMMARY:

• The Remote Call Center Representative will be handling the day to day verification and follow up calls with Provider Offices in a fast-paced and courteous environment.
• Ability to resolve inquiries and handle issues over the phone and via email.
• MUST LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE and being on the phone , plus have strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing and engaging personality, and be customer focused.
• A professional attitude is always important when making the outbound calls.
• Ability to work in a high-volume call environment

THE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum two years of customer service CALL CENTER experience
• Healthcare experience is plus
• Type minimum of 40 WPM
• Excellent organization and time management skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel
• HIPAA
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with providers
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to meet minimum amount of calls of 10-11/hour
