JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE  LOCATION: LAKE MARY, 32746 REMOTE/ONSITE: REMOTE, WILL TRAIN IN-OFFICE FOR A FEW DAYS Pay: $16.00-$18.00 Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 2:30pm-11:00pm, Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm and Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm (Sundays and Mondays off)

• You will deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to telephone inquiries regarding customer credit card accounts in a fast paced, structured customer focused environment
• While speaking with account holders, you will evaluate and analyze information to resolve inquiries by asking probing questions and offer solutions that benefit the customer. You will also key in all data related to the conversation into the company software system.
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with First Data Resources (FDR), Evolve or related platforms preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year minimum of customer service or call center/collections experience preferred
• LANDLINE INTERNET REQUIRED
• High school diploma required
• Background check required
• Drug test required

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting if assigned to any special projects with physical paper file maintenance
