JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for contacting and scheduling provider offices using various retrieval methods including mail, fax, electronic, and field as well as recording detailed documentation of all outreaches
• Scheduling and coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure medical record appointments are completed as efficiently as possible
• Communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members
• Provide support and education to provider offices to ensure efficient retrieval of medical records
• Maintain a high call productivity volume to ensure project deadlines are

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have at least 1 + year of CSR exp.
• MUST be able to make 40 outbound calls a day, be persuasive and able to move the call along to get the medical records person to commit to giving us the records.
• Able to be organized to follow back up to make sure they get the records
• BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 50MBPS DOWNLOAD AND 25MBPS UPLOAD. AND WILL BE ON WIFI ON DEVICES
