    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Region Operations Manager plays a crucial role within the organization. They are responsible for managing equipment installations and the day–to–day operations of multiple branches within a territory and for planning, directing, and setting high-level goals. Additionally, they will partner with Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate innovation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Develop and implement high-level goals that align with the business objectives to drive the overall success of the territory. Anticipate future trends and implications accurately to create sustainable value.
    • ACTION ORIENTED: Identify and seize new opportunities through strategic initiatives. Analyze performance data to recommend productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction improvements.
    • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Cultivate external relationships with clients and vendors, manage customer relationships strategically, build solid connections, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals to reduce conflict and grow the business.
    • BUILD NETWORKS: Collaborate with the Internal & External Sales and Equipment teams to achieve shared strategic objectives.
    • DEVELOP TALENT: Attract and select diverse and high-caliber leadership talent. Prioritize the development of others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and strategic career moves.
    • FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Manage the P&L of the business strategically. Use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities.
    • MANAGE AMBIGUITY: Point of contact for escalation concerns, able to resolve complex issues strategically, which impact current and future business needs.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7 – 10 years of leadership experience in the Equipment Service Industry
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. (Master's degree strongly preferred.)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) (optional)
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must be based in the Chicago/Milwaukee/Indianapolis area
