    Location:  Tampa, FL 33637 – This position is onsite

    Pay: $88K-95K annual salary

    Type:  Direct hire

    Schedule: M-Thursday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm or 8:30am-12:30pm

    Job description:
    1. Serve as a 1-person HR team supporting a pharmacy staff of approximately 100 employees with low turnover.
    2. Full-Cycle HR Support: Manage the entire employee lifecycle for a pharmacy workforce of under 100, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and processing offboarding.
    3. Day-to-Day HR Operations: Oversee core HR tasks such as job postings, background checks, drug screens, employee file upkeep, performance review coordination, new hire orientations, and supporting recognition initiatives.
    4. Employee Relations & Support: Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related needs in the pharmacy division, offering guidance to managers and employees on basic employee relations and performance matters, with minimal ER case volume.
    5. HR Program Administration: Maintain the employee handbook, track training and licensure compliance, conduct exit and stay interviews, and manage routine documentation like verifications of employment and unemployment claims.
    6. Collaboration & Systems: Liaise with corporate payroll and broader HR teams as needed, ensure HRIS data integrity, and generate basic HR metrics related to hiring and turnover

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required with (5)+ years of Human Resources experience OR
    • (10) years experience as HR Generalist/Manager or similar role with no degree
    • Prior pharmacy experience desired
    • Extensive knowledge of HR practices 
    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Travel is required:  Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, and some out of state travel
    • Background check required.
    • Drug screening required.
