    Location: St. Petersburg, 33716 – WFH Flexible
    This role is onsite as needed, must be local to Tampa Bay
    Onsite during training

    Hyrbid, 2 Days onsite required weekly- Candidate can pick the days;  if there is a company event or a required meeting they could switch their days that week.

    Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly, depending upon experience

    Type: Direct hire

    Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business hours are 8-5.

    This role is an individual contributor, with no direct reports.

     

    Job description:

    1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
    2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, support conflict resolution and performance matters, and drive engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
    3. Performance Management: Manage performance review processes, support goal setting and feedback, and coach managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
    4. Compliance, Policies & Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR policies, employee records, and handbook; and administer benefits programs in partnership with PEO.
    5. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, implement development and compliance programs, support leadership development, and manage the LMS to track and report training completion.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Employment experience in Mexico and Canada

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Must have (5)+ years of progressive HR experience
    • Must have (2)+ years in a managerial role
    • Must have experience working with a PEO in a Human Resources role
    • Must be knowledgeable about co-employment
    • Must have previous experience working remote
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
    • Smoke free workplace
