Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly, depending upon experience
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business hours are 8-5.

Job description:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, support conflict resolution and performance matters, and drive engagement initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Manage performance review processes, support goal setting and feedback, and coach managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance, Policies & Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR policies, employee records, and handbook; and administer benefits programs in partnership with PEO.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, implement development and compliance programs, support leadership development, and manage the LMS to track and report training completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have (5)+ years of progressive HR experience
- Must have (2)+ years in a managerial role
- Must have experience working with a PEO in a Human Resources role
- Must be knowledgeable about co-employment
- Must have previous experience working remote
- Background check required
