    ** We're excited to present a unique opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to step into the role of Implementation Coordinator with a focus on Cash Management. This position offers an engaging hybrid work environment with comprehensive on-site training, based in Greenwood Village Area.**

    About the Role:
    In this position, you'll provide vital Cash Management products and services to a diverse client base, acting as a subject matter expert on all relevant systems. You'll handle all facets of client onboarding, decommissioning, and complex modifications, ensuring a seamless implementation process. You will also perform a broad range of non-processing tasks, conduct in-depth training for new customers, and handle account modifications and closures. Your work will be essential to maintaining high service levels, process accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Performs all cash management activity items to meet deadlines and in accordance with policies and procedures
    • Supporting and/or leading non-processing tasks (Initiatives and projects)
    • Prepares, processes and reviews of customer documents
    • Independently completing new customer set-up within multiple systems
    • Provides training for new customers of cash management systems and associated products for customer implementatio
    • Monitor customer accounts after initial implementation
    • Facilitate implementation of accounts and services for existing customers
    • Process account closures, service removals, and agreement terminations
    • Handle and execute assigned activities such as mergers, name changes or account structure changes
    • Provide and receive peer review of daily work
    • Serves as a knowledge resource for resolving internal and external department issues
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent - Required
    • 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, or a combination of education and experience.
    • Detail-oriented and customer service driven.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of banking products and more specifically cash management-related products.
    • Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues.
    • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

    Details:

    • Location: DTC area
    • Schedule: 40hr/wk, initially fully on-site for training and then transition to hybrid with on-site presence every Wednesday.
