This role will both sell and manage.Job description: - Lead and Coach Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 15–20 inside sales representatives and/or SDRs to meet and exceed KPIs, OKRs, and revenue goals.
- Sales Execution & Strategy: Develop and refine call scripts, email cadences, and outreach strategies to boost lead conversion and accelerate client acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and customer success to optimize lead flow, ensure smooth handoffs, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Performance Analysis & CRM Management: Monitor sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement; ensure accurate CRM (HubSpot) usage and maintain data hygiene.
- Team Development & Operational Excellence: Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training; drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
