Interior Logic Group Property Services, formerly known as CriterionBrock, a leading supplier of flooring to the multi-family housing industry, is looking to add a talented Data Analyst to their team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting functions related to data organization and maintenance. This includes ensuring the validity of data and integrity of systems, to forecast, plan and improve daily operations and inform critical business decisions. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support maintenance of various data networks, as well as internal and customer-facing systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of processes and procedures for data organization, validation, security and access, as well as analytical reporting.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports for data extraction and validation.
- Organize and standardize relevant data and provide analysis to help drive productivity and support department initiatives.
- Assist with department projects such as implementation of new systems and price changes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of related analysis experience (or college coursework equivalent).
- Proficient data entry and advanced use of Excel.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers professionally and courteously to resolve time sensitive issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to identify how the problem, as well as the proposed solution will impact technology systems, employees, other departments and our customers.
