Description PURPOSE Closely supervised entry level duties provide an opportunity for professional work exposure. The experience will provide insight into methods and processes used during study strategy development as well as an introduction to working in a global environment supporting a central strategic area of IQVIA. This job is for a fixed duration not to exceed 12 months, with no guarantee to subsequent employment with the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Shadows and learns functions and or projects under the close supervision of a department employee. Assists with the development of site list error rate tracking and analysis mechanism. Assists with refining E2E processes in Strategic Site Intelligence group. Presents results in internal customer-ready summary formats. Assists with updates to the CP&A SharePoint website and training materials. Assignments will reflect the work being accomplished within the business department and may include working on independent projects or as a member of a project team. Performs other duties /learning activities as directed. Job Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment. Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability and comfort level with performing data analysis. Knowledge of Excel Macros, preferred. Ability to summarize and present findings Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, preferred MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Pursuing Bachelor's in Business, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics Prefer junior or senior, but will consider other class levels PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers. Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech. Regular sitting for extended periods of time.
