    Role Overview:

    Could you be our next Agency Accounting Specialist? **** American Income Life is looking for an experienced Agency Accounting Specialist to join the team!

    In this role, you will be the direct contact with policyholders, agents and customers by telephone, email, fax, and written correspondence. This dynamic role involves gathering and reporting crucial information, problem-solving, evaluating agency-related reports, and delivering exceptional customer service within specified timelines.

    This is a hybrid position located in Waco, TX ( WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) .

    What You Will Do:

    • Execute diverse tasks with precision and attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate independent judgment in decision-making.
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of agency accounting and interrelated functions within the department and company.
    • Meet department deadlines and adeptly manage distribution to relevant parties.
    • Comprehend agency contracts, commissions, and diverse country-specific currencies thoroughly.

    What You Can Bring:

    • Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and essential software packages used within the department.
    • Ability to comprehend and implement a range of oral and written instructions, showcasing initiative.
    • Proficient communication skills encompassing proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation in both written and verbal communication.
    • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
