    The Video Production intern creates compelling stories that make people care and engage on a personal level. The Video Production intern is responsible for creating assembling raw footage, sound files, graphics, and other assets to create a completed film. Once created, the Video Production Intern is responsible for obtaining proper approvals and delivering the various versions of the project for distribution in their proper formats. The ideal applicant will be a self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about storytelling, can combine assets into beautiful narratives and wants to develop a professional editing reel.     Duties and responsibilities:

    • Edit and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
    • Edit footage and sound files, capturing/importing media, writing scripts, organizing raw media, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
    • Assist with video shoots and interviews
    • Collect assets for project resources
    • Archive assets for long term storage
    • Maintain project status in project management software
    • Communicate edit needs and schedule
    • Adhere to branding guidelines for all areas of video

    Required Skills

    • Experience in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and other media production software
    • Experience with professional video gear (Canon Cinema cameras, lighting systems, field audio recording systems)
    • Experience selecting and editing video to create narratives from footage that inspires and calls others to action
    • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Required Experience

    • Must have obtained at least a Junior status in a Bachelor’s degree program (radio, tv film, journalism, communications, broadcast or related fields)
    • We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week June 3 rd, 2024 – July 26th, 2024.
    • U.S citizen or legal resident.
