    The Human Resources (HR) Intern will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and obtain exposure in each department (Human Resources, Talent, Culture, DEI, Development, etc.) within our Human Resource Department.

    We are currently hiring for our Summer Internship 2024 program. Placement will depend on a candidate’s current coursework, track to graduation, and experience.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    • Passionate about learning new things
    • Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed.
    • Willingness to learn different areas within the organization.
    • Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects
    • General Technology skills such as Microsoft 365 and Excel reports
    • Assisting with Ad Hoc analysis
    • Data pulls
    • Assisting with data visualizations, process documentation, research

    Required Skills

    • Microsoft 365 Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Intermediate level
    • Detail oriented
    • Professional and Communication Skills
    • Project Management
    • Familiar with Tableau
    • Familiar with Ad Hoc analysis
    • Self-Starter
    • Ability to Multi-task and close projects within a predetermined timeline
    • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
    • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.

    Required Experience

    • Must have obtained at least a Junior status in a Bachelor’s degree program (Human Resources, Human Relations, Business, Business Management, Business/Pre Law (employment focus), Communications, or related fields)
    • We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week June 3 rd, 2024 – July 26th, 2024.
    • Onsite Schedule Mon - Fri
    • U.S citizen or legal resident.
