Are you passionate about design and have a deep desire to create something meaningful? Justworks is seeking a talented Junior Marketing Designer to help us communicate and evolve our brand through the creation of marketing collateral, brand assets, and digital experiences. You’ll work very closely with marketing and the design team to ensure our visual identity is best represented and you will play an integral role in growing our business, culture, and brand.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement creative concepts under the guidance of a design director

• Collaborate and support the Marketing team in developing and deploying design solutions from conception through implementation that support the Justworks brand across multiple channels: marketing website, digital image ads, sales and tradeshow collateral, physical assets, etc

• Work cross functionally to ensure the Justworks homepage continues to evolve while maintaining brand consistency

• Push for and own new opportunities to expand and improve the Justworks brand

• Have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Have a strong ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams and as an individual contributor under tight deadlines

• Be able to embrace constructive criticism

• A portfolio demonstrating your range of creativity across both digital and print

• 1-2 years of experience at an agency or in-house design team

• Expertise with the Adobe design suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign) and Sketch

• Strong proficiency in atleast one of the following: motion graphics, video production, iconography, illustration, copywriting, package design

• Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
