Outside Sales Representative (Nutrition Technology Sales) L-Nutra Inc - Long Beach, CA $60,000 - $70,000 a year - Contract, Commission L-Nutra is the leading Nutri-Technology company, developing innovative Fasting Mimicking Diets (FMDs) that can be consumed for a predetermined number of consecutive days, with the frequency dependent on the condition and patient. FMDs nourish the body while keeping it in a fasting mode, which promotes positive long-term effects on biological aging, health and a variety of other factors, such as weight, abdominal fat, and maintaining healthy levels of glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, and other key health factors. As a result of recent and projected demand of our ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet product we are recruiting self-motivated and high performance-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team and grow with us. Ideal Candidate Will Have: * 3+ years of pharmaceutical and / or medical device sales in various clinical areas. * Strong hunter / closer mentality with demonstrated success building, growing and managing territory. * Strong professional sales presentation skills and presence. * Experience or knowledge of fasting or nutrition a plus. * Product launch experience with ability to market, educate and sell into new accounts. * Experience developing new business in a regional assigned territory. * Current or prior relationships in Endocrinology, Integrative Medicine, or Cardiology a plus. Job Summary: * Make sales call visits to doctor's offices, hospitals and clinics in person. * Manage the entire sales process for prospecting to conversion and growth. * Understanding the set of structured questions and responses as they relate to the products L-Nutra provides. * Deliver a highly professional sales and account management experience to each customer consistent with the L-Nutra brand. * Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales revenue goals. Minimum Skills Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree required * 3+ years of professional medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience in B2C or B2B environments preferred. * Comfortable cold/warm calling and presenting product information to individuals and groups. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Capable of excelling within a team environment. * Stablished accounts with physicians, DOs, NPs, or RDs. * Committed and motivated self-starters with strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, working knowledge of standard paperwork duty and Salesforce.com. * Ability to speak effectively one-on-one, in group settings, with clients and with employees of the organization. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. * Must have integrity, be trustworthy, and be able to comply with internal and external rules and regulations. * Previous experience in health care or medical sales preferred * Demonstrated employment stability.
