    Customer Care Representative Job Location US-FL-Tampa Posted Date 19 hours ago (1/2/2019 11:54 PM) Job ID 2018-5904 Type Regular Part-Time Job Summary CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE The Customer Care Representative will provide superior customer service in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The position will receive or place all outbound calls from incoming on-line inquiries and phone calls. Essential Functions - Duties & Responsibilities Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: Operates a multi-line phone system ensuring the correct routing of all incoming and outgoing calls as required. Assist and direct vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors upon arrival to LSI corporate. Participates in assisting other departments with project initiatives as required. Keeps reception area neat and in good order. Keeps an updated employee directory. Performs office duties copying, faxing, delivering mail, etc. Other projects as assigned. Responsible for determining a patients candidacy for surgery. Responsible for continuous superior customer service with all potential patients. Will be cross-functionally trained in receiving and placing calls. Participates in assisting other departments with project initiatives as required. Qualifications & Requirements Required: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being exceptionally organized. Must be able to multi-task. Must have interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred: One year minimum of phone-related customer service experience in a call center atmosphere.
