    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Facilitate data gathering and analysis to help develop an ESG rater/ranker database.
    • Support ESG Strategic priorities
    • Conduct peer research
    • Learn legal obligations, principles, and rules associated with the organization
    • Ability and willingness to perform administrative functions as needed
    • Willingness to learn different areas within the organization
    • Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects
    • Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence

    Required Skills

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

    • We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem solving abilities.
    • Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Have the ability to work 40 hours per week (June 5th through - July 28th, 2023
    • U.S. citizen or legal resident.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

    • Must have obtained at least junior status in a bachelor’s degree program.  Preferred majors include: Sustainability, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
