CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is looking for a GL & Treasury Accountant. The Treasury Accountant is responsible for coordinating and supporting various Treasury functions. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain Corporate stock records and shareholder list
- Prepare month-end close entries
- Completion of assigned cash and balance sheet reconciliations
- Research and write responses to Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) questions
- Assist in ESOP and 401(k) reporting and audits
- Manage K-1 process
- Maintain Corporate business licenses and registrations
- Reconcile and maintain banking and loan information
- Manage credit card applications
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses
- Maintain all business insurance documents
- Manage insurance claims and certificate of insurance requests
- Maintain and coordinate facility, equipment, and vehicle leases
- Manage Dun & Bradstreet reporting and monitoring
- Maintain vehicle pool accounting records, keep registrations current, and coordinate transfers and dispositions with Operations, and
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient level of Microsoft Office Excel, Word required
- Microsoft SL or other project based system knowledge desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to organize, plan, multitask and manage information
- Attention to detail.
Required Experience
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university. Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.
- Government contracting experience a plus
