We are passionate about cars (d/b/a Victoria British) and trucks (d/b/a LMC Truck), but prior knowledge of vehicles is not a requirement to work here. We will teach you everything you need to know! You will have weekly one-on-ones with your supervisors to go over your progress and set goals for your future performance. An important factor of success is finding a schedule that's easy to fit into your already busy life. Our call center is open 7 days a week; Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We pride ourselves on having a variety of schedules available. We are currently recruiting for the following schedule: * Start Date: August 20th * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm; Sunday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm * Days Off: Wednesday & Saturday Pay Rate: $11.00/hour (+ $1.00 weekend differential) (+ $2.00 bilingual differential - if applicable*) Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders, reships, refunds, product questions, etc. * Accurately and efficiently identify customer need and address appropriately. * Correctly entering in customer information and notes. * Other duties as assigned. * Regular attendance required.
