  • Responsibilities

    ** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 8AM TO 5PM PST **

    Acts as a service advisor for Multi Product Service Center clients. primarily in a queue based environment.

    • Fields daily calls from multi product clients, supporting payroll, TAA and HRO.
    • Acts as a liaison between client and other business units to resolve discrepancy and data integrity issues on behalf of the client.
    • Provides real-time technical support for clients using the automated phone system and employee website to ensure efficient interactions. May conference clients into systems to help navigate through various menu options.
    • Uses multiple computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advance, and ORS to answer specific clients questions and requests.
    • Prioritizes caller and management issues to resolve critical or time-sensitive issues in a timely manner.
    • Follows up on unresolved calls to ensure issue completion, accuracy of resolution, and compliance with resolution time frame expectations established by Service partners.
    • Logs and documents participant conversations in an effort to minimize repeat callers and provide optimal service.

    • H.S. Diploma - Required
    • 1 year of experience in Customer service/call environment.
    • Demonstrates customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
    • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
