Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job duties:
Provide In-Mall Customer Support: Assist guests from the customer service desk located inside International Plaza Mall, offering help with directions, store locations, hours, and event information.
Answer Guest Inquiries: Respond to common questions such as store locations (e.g., Nike), mall hours, dining options, and seasonal events (e.g., Santa visits).
Use Communication Tools: Engage with customers through a plexiglass window at the desk, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Problem-Solve & Escalate When Needed: Strive to provide accurate information and escalate more complex inquiries to a manager when necessary.
Support a Positive Guest Experience: Serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming resource to enhance each visitor’s shopping experience at the mall.
