Pay: $40K–$50K base + uncapped commission
OTE: $80K–$110K Year 1 | $100K–$150K Year 2

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle (lead → close → repeat business)
• Work inbound + outbound leads (calls, email, networking)
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Use a consultative sales approach to close deals
• Hit and exceed KPIs, quotas, and revenue goals
• Maintain activity and pipeline in CRM
• Stay engaged with clients to drive repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience (marketing or B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
• Strong communication and closing skills
• CRM experience required
• Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
