Marketing Specialist (Web and Ecommerce)
Location: Clearwater, 33765 - WFH Option
Onsite (3) days per week
Pay: $55,000 to $60,000 yearly
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Job description:
- The purpose of this role is to help drive online revenue through enhanced customer experience, data-informed strategies, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Website & Ecommerce Management: Own the daily operations, content accuracy, compliance, and technical performance, partnering with developers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Lead strategic initiatives including personalization, reviews, loyalty, subscriptions, and A/B testing to drive satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.
- Data Analysis & Performance Management: Analyze site traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to prioritize high-impact optimizations that support revenue growth.
- Ecommerce Marketing Execution: Support and implement ecommerce campaigns, promotions, SEO improvements, and seasonal initiatives to drive traffic and sales, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (communications, sales, product, customer service) and manage vendor relationships to align ecommerce activities with overall business goals.

Requirements:- Must have (2)+ years of ecommerce marketing or website management

- High school diploma or equivalent
