Essential functions of this position: * Partner with operations leadership to plan and execute a high volume recruitment strategy for stadiums in Minnesota and California including: Target Field, Target Center, CHS Stadium, TCF, LA Coliseum. * Conduct high volume hiring events on-site at our St. Paul offices * Create and roll out a digital sourcing strategy to build candidate pool * Review employment applications and interview applicants to evaluate work history, skills, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications. * Assist in leadership selection for seasonal positions.
