A day in the life of our recruiters:

• Recruiting potential applicants through job postings, referrals, online resumes, social media and other local community resources
• Conducting interviews with candidates to align their career goals with our clients' tangible and intangible attributes for star employees
• Assisting and teaching candidates how to put their best foot forward throughout their job search
• Building new and maintaining existing client accounts to continue our exponential growth
• Working as a team to build your career, the team, the branch and the company

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 4 year college degree (if not tell us why you're still the best)
• Prior sales, management, corporate, or customer service experience
• A knack for sales and the drive to be #1
• Self-reliant and career driven
