WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Set a positive first impression for all incoming callers
• Support multiple facilities and locations with scheduling appointments
• Schedule appointments, specialty procedures or testing
• Gathering patient information and insurance details
• Verify insurance and researching benefits for patients
• Provide patient instructions for various tests or procedures
• Enter new patient details and update records in the system
• Answer questions and assist with special events calls

WHAT SPECIAL TALENTS DO I NEED?

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Extremely positive and upbeat personality
• True passion and care for patients
• Patience and strong listening skills to aid callers
