JOB SUMMARY: The primary focus of the Credentials Examiner is to expedite credentials verification of providers in the credentialing or re-credentialing process according to department standards, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and health plan expectations.

HIGHLIGHTS OF POSITION

• Credential new applicants and re-credential participating providers
• Obtains required documentation and updates provider files.
• Communicates with providers to answer questions and obtain information.
• Update database to complete the credentialing process promptly

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Customer service experience making outbound calls
• Minimum one year of experience with 10-key, typing, and computer skills.
• Type 40 wpm required.
• High School diploma or higher education required
