Pay: $85,000-$90,000 realistic first year earning average
$65,000 plus uncapped commission
Depending on experience, if you do not qualify for BDR we will consider you for PRR
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be available of in-service events and meetings, dinners

Job description:
- Execute strategic business development initiatives to support corporate growth goals by targeting referral sources, monitoring territory performance, and driving market share expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources through regular in-person visits, presentations, and ongoing communication, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage assigned territory and performance targets, including referral forecasting, patient visit documentation, and competitive analysis to optimize outreach efforts.
- Represent the company at events and meetings, delivering engaging presentations and offering language translation support as needed to enhance communication with patients and staff.
- Effectively manage and allocate a monthly marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently to support lunch-and-learn sessions, community engagement, and referral growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Seeing road warriors with 2-5 years of outside sales experience (not from real estate backgrounds)
- Must have previous medical sales experience
- Employer will perform testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- MVR check required
