  • Responsibilities

    This role is designed to balance the workload for implementation teams to ensure an accurate and timely onboarding that meets MPSC service level agreement standards. Provides consistent communication to our sales partners regarding discrepancy identification, resolution, and load status. Audits client loads and direct deposits for the MPSC organization and initial TAA setup, orders, cancels, reloads, and billing.

    • Verifies system information loaded by Sales matches the signed service agreement to ensure accurate data is loaded. Verifies documentation meets MPSC Onboarding service level agreement requirements and is acceptable for Internal Audit review.
    • Verifies documentation meets audit compliance requirements for Direct Deposits for the MPSCorganization, updates audit dashboard for out of compliance items, uploads daily report to audit dashboard, and ensures items are address timely. Communications and escalates outstanding or unresolved direct deposit errors.
    • Completes client-level system audits to ensure compliance and to match to the setup documentation provided by Sales and client prior to first payroll.
    • Ensures load assignment is completed on time and in a balanced manner across the MPSC. Utilizes complexity tool for efficient workflow and assignment.
    • Processes MPSC TAA billing, RMA, reloads, cancels, and miscellaneous TAA items ensure timely and accurate setup.
    • Notifies Sales of any inconsistencies or corrections associated with the submission of new client paperwork,receives the corrections, and revalidates the submission to ensure an accurate and timely onboarding that meets MPSC service level agreement standards.
    • Acts as liaison between Sales and the Implementation Coordinator team to ensure gaps with load documentation are efficiently closed, enabling the load to be assigned in a timely fashion to meet MPSC service level agreement standards.
    • Receives specific processing or exception requests from exception supervisor team and takes appropriate action.
  • Qualifications
    • H.S. Diploma - Required
    • 1 year of experience in Support Environment (Paychex experience preferred).
