NORTHWEST TITLE LOANS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

INCENTIVES:

-Full time positions: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. Closed Sundays!

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be 18 years old

-Must be able to work full time

-A high school degree or equivalent

-Basic computer and data entry experience

-Bilingual is a plus

-Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred

-Criminal background check

-Consumer credit check

-Drug screen

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide superior customer service

-Loan processing

-Cash handling

-Collection calls
