JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a SkillBridge fellow at Novetta within our Asymmetric Analytics Division, you will have the opportunity to utilize skills honed in active-duty service in a technologically advanced environment that supports and encourages continuous learning.  Asymmetric Analytics develops, integrates and supports the full life cycle of integrated, technology-enabled operational analytic activities inside the most sensitive customer missions of the U.S. Government. The division marries subject matter expertise in non-traditional program engagements, exploitation technology from the compartmented enterprise, and cloud tools to field complete, scalable, and vertically-integrated solutions for our customers.

Under the framework of the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program, Novetta hosts active-duty U.S. military members for skilled employment training for up to the final six months of active-duty obligated service.  Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for SkillBridge. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Novetta, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. Your unit Commander must authorize participation in Novetta's SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship.

ELIGIBILITY: 

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty
• Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
• Will receive an honorable discharge
• Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
• Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program

• Project Management

DURATION:

• 8-24 weeks

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Must be eligible for a USG clearance
• Some positions will require an active Secret, Top Secret or SCI to start
