  • Responsibilities

    Develops and maintains positive relationships for top-tier clients through collaboration with internal Paychex Partners and departments as well as client partners. Acts as a key advocate and drives efficiencies for clients within Paychex Online Service Product offerings. Advocate for client deliverables and helps drive Paychex strategy.

    • Provides customer service support to Top 100, PEO and other high-priority Online Services clients. Anticipates client needs and recommends new services or solutions to clients.
    • Manages client issues and identifies potential solutions. Coordinates internal and external communications to clients to ensure complete understanding and resolution.
    • Develops a thorough working knowledge of clients' internal processes and procedures as they relate to the various Online Services products to ensure correct usage and leveraging of Paychex systems.
    • Promotes client retention and builds strong relationships through presentations and client communications.
    • Travels onsite to assist clients with advanced troubleshooting or training on respective Online Services Products/Services.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
    • 2 years of experience in Online Services.
    • 3 years of experience in Relationship Management.
    • Demonstrates a high commitment to quality.
