Radwell International is seeking an Operational Excellence – Facilities/Safety Specialist (SME). The Operational Excellence, Facilities & Safety Specialist is a hands-on practitioner who ensures safe, efficient, and continuously improving site operations. This practitioner will have responsibility for Operational Excellence (Lean-CI), Facilities & Safety (EHS), to support day-to-day execution while building a culture of everyday problem solving.
As a trusted site resource, the Specialist champions safety, reliability, and continuous improvement—working directly with employees, leaders, and external partners to maintain facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer experience.

Required Skills
· Foundational understanding of Lean, CI, or structured problem-solving concepts (e.g., 5S, standard work, root cause analysis).
· Comfort working with KPIs, basic data analysis, and visual management tools.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to dashboards or ERP systems is beneficial.
· Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and improve.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills/thinking out of the box.
· Ability to partner with and persuade a diverse range of organizational levels and establish positive working relationships
· Experience in hands-on maintenance and equipment care
· Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, EHS, or facilities management preferred.
· Experience working in regulated environments (OSHA, ISO, GMP, customs – shipping, safety compliance) is a plus.
· Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
· 2 year Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field preferred
· 5+ years of hands-on technical repair experience and/or technical training preferred
· Prior experience training, mentoring, or coaching others strongly preferred
· Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or problem-solving methodologies preferred (eg. Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt a plus - formal certification not required)
· Experience supporting projects, teams, or improvement initiatives in a team-based environment is a plus.
Technical knowledge of electronic or industrial products is highly desirable
