  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

    This position is responsible for closing all orders from the warehouse as well as Surplus Orders, Repairs, and RMA’s sent from the PLC Center QA Production Department

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure item are clean, counts are correct, as well as condition match the Pick Tickets
    • All previous Labels Removed except OEMs labels
    • Monitor screens should have cardboard attached to prevent scratching
    • Cables need to be coiled and fastened with a cable tie before packaging.
    • Chip foam should be used to protect pins that could be easily bent
    • All repair orders must have a work report. All CSE needs to be accounted for prior to invoicing.
    • If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective ESD mylar bag(s)
    • If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is not present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective pink bag(s)
    • Work with Order Resolution Associates on any discrepancies
    • May be modified from Time to time. Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned.

    METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS

    Order Fulfillment Associates will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level of 85% for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
    • Frequent walking.
    • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion.
    • Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
    • Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk.

    SALARY RANGE INFORMATION:

    • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    SALARY RANGE: $18/hr

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    · High School Diploma or equivalent required

    · Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus

    BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN

    Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.

    EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY**

    • Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
    • Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
    • Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.

    WORK SCHEDULE**

    This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, with half hour lunch. Overtime work for each Saturday is scheduled and mandatory unless otherwise cancelled by senior management due to acceptable customer service levels and requirements. Other overtime may be required if applicable and scheduled. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. OSHA approved back supports are recommended. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn at all times. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn. Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.

    **** Customer Services:

    • Welcoming patients and visitors.
    • Answering and referring inquiries within scope of practice.
    • Telephone: Answers telephone, processes call, and document appropriately within medical records. Returns all messages in a timely manner.
    • Maintains communication between medical staff, administrative staff, and/or patient/families.

    Clinical Services:

    • Maintains and updates medical records.

    • Appointment Scheduling.

    • Facilitates medical requests, to include but not limited to, refill requests, work / school notes, and form completion.

    • Scans and uploads patient clinical documents into medical chart.

    • Process and coordinates all medical provider orders to include but not limited to, diagnostic, referral, pharmaceutical and surgical services.

    • Reviews daily provider schedule and ensure all supplies and medical records are ready for patient and provider encounters.

    • As directed by Supervisor and within scope of practice, provide patient education.

    Environmental Services:

    • Ensures all equipment in exams and surgical rooms are clean and properly set up.

    • Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal work space and department.

    • Monitors clinical supply levels in exam rooms and stock room and requests when needed.

    • Maintains all clinical equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
