  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 10 am- 7 pm

    This management position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the order fulfilment team. Distribute and monitor workload, motivate team to ensure order are picked and invoice in accordance with our quality guidelines.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise the daily operations of the Order Fulfillment Resolution Associates
    • Responsible for routing/delivering all picked inventory to specific drop off locations throughout the production floor
    • Manage incoming sales order workload
    • Manage incoming production order workload
    • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
    • Delivering all invoiced orders to shipping in a timely and organized manner
    • Manage incoming Credit Holds
    • Mentor and train all new team members
    • Cross-Train team members as needed
    • Monitor daily activities to ensure that accuracy, and quality standards are maintained
    • Troubleshoot and help resolve workflow or system issues
    • Excellent communication with direct managers, peer supervisors and direct team members
    • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures
    • Promote safety, workspace organization and cleanliness
    • Maybe be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

    METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS

    Warehouse Operations Supervisors will be expected to ensure all direct reports maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    • Forklift licenses (as necessary)
    • OSHA 30 Authorization

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
    • Frequent walking.
    • Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion.
    • Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
    • Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk.

    BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN __

    Eligible for annual company performance based bonus.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Work hours are typically 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.

    COMPENSATION

    The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $70,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more than your base salary.

    Benefits: Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, for which employees contribute toward the premiums. The Company provides fully paid short- and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits offered through Unum, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on their first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company’s 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on the start date and may be used immediately. Radwell recognizes six Company-paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
